Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is currently ranked 9 in the world. He recently moved up to 9 in 2016. In 2015, Tsonga moved up from 24 to 10 in the world. In 2015, Tsonga competed in US Open, Wimbledon and Roland Garros of the Grand Slams. In the US Open, he made it to the quarter finals, and lost to Marin Cilic.
